Royal Roastery proudly ships select products across the United States, bringing our handcrafted sweets, gourmet treats, nuts, coffee, and specialty items from our New Orleans headquarters directly to your door.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to temperature sensitivity, perishability, product type, seasonal availability, or delivery conditions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped with care from our New Orleans headquarters.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing and handling time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and carrier closure days.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, weather, and special event demand.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Customers may select available shipping options at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, the delivery location, carrier service level, and carrier conditions.

Royal Roastery may ship orders through UPS, USPS, or another available carrier depending on the order and destination.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Expedited shipping reduces carrier transit time but does not always reduce processing or handling time. Please contact us before placing an order if you have a specific delivery deadline.

Free Shipping Offer

Royal Roastery may offer free ground shipping for qualifying orders over $100.

When available, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout to eligible orders. No coupon code is required.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States.

This offer may be limited-time, may exclude certain products, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 504-800-8555.

We may be able to make changes before the order has been prepared, fulfilled, or shipped.

Once a package is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address, shipping method, or order contents.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Royal Roastery is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@royalroasterynola.com.

For the fastest review, please include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Please report order issues within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier claim is appropriate.

Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some Royal Roastery products are handmade, perishable, refrigerated, frozen, or temperature-sensitive.

Shipping availability for these products may be limited based on destination, weather, season, transit time, and product type.

Royal Roastery reserves the right to limit, delay, modify, or cancel shipment of products that cannot be safely shipped or delivered in good condition.
