How does Royal Rewards work?
Royal Rewards is an in-store program. Join at the counter at any location, enjoy a welcome drink, earn points on in-store purchases, and celebrate your birthday with us. Enrollment cannot be completed online. Royal Rewards may include members-only releases and occasional surprises. One account per member.
How do I order a custom cake?
Custom cakes are planned in person or by phone so we can get the flavors, the size, and the finish exactly right. There is no online form. Call the branch nearest you or stop by the counter to meet the team. Cakes are made to order, so please arrange yours in advance.
Is everything at Royal Roastery halal?
Yes. Everything we sell is halal, which is why you will not find a halal filter or a badge on individual products. The trust line on our Dubai Chocolate reads VERIFIED HALAL · AVAILABLE ONLINE, and it applies across the shop.
How fresh are the nuts and coffee, and how do you ship them?
We roast in house and pack your order fresh in New Orleans. Nationwide shipping arrives in two to four days, and every order ships from our New Orleans HQ regardless of which branch you visit. Keep nuts and coffee sealed, cool, and dry, and enjoy them within about sixty days of the roast date for the best flavor.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate orders?
Yes. We work with shops, offices, hotels, and event planners, from single-case orders to ongoing partnerships. Send a note through our Contact page and choose Wholesale and business as the topic.
