We use 100% Arabica coffee beans from Brazil, Guatemala,
Colombia, Ethiopia, India, Kenya and Zimbabwe.
We strive to roast each of the coffees in a way that brings out the unique characteristics of the coffee. Different countries and different areas in each country has different flavors and aromas.

During the process it is important to regularly check the color of the beans..
The beans are now the perfect color. This drum has a fan that cools the beans off as quickly as possible so that they stay
the desired color and roast.
SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEES:
These beans have a beautiful sweet aroma. Bright with enough body. Slight chocolate notes in the flavour.
Fruited with enough sweetness and a creamy mouth-feel.
Clean rich and pleasant aroma. Good acidity with faint berry flavour. Perfect for a balanced cup.
Yirgacheffe is a small area within the Sadamo region, that grows some of the finest Ethiopian coffees.
This coffee has bright lemony notes and floral characteristics, with a light texture and well-balanced sweetness.
Sweet floral aroma. Slight citric acidity with medium to good body. Hints of roasted nuts and fruit flavours.
Quite a sweet coffee with lingering honey notes in the after-taste.
This is a bright coffee that lights up the palate from front to back. Kenya is a complex coffee, and has interesting fruit (berry, citrus)
flavours, sometimes alternating with spice.
India has a full bodied aroma – It has acidity. Slight spicy flavour with dark chocolate in the finish.
This coffee has a clean aroma. Pleasant citric acidity with stone fruit flavour and some sweetness.
A good balance between body and overall cup intensity.
Complex aroma with hints of fruit and roasted nuts. Citric (lemony) acidity with good body. Fruited flavours with hints of spice (think fruitcake).
Sweet chocolate (think icing) aroma. Bright citric acidity with good body.
Some juicy (grape) flavours coming through with chocolate flavours in the after-taste.
Sweet fruited aroma with bright citric acidity. Complex flavours ranging between intense grape, cherry and guava.
Burnt caramel sweetness and great body with a lingering after-taste.
Our decaff has a clean aroma with hints of dark chocolate. It has medium acidity with good body.
Some stoned fruit flavours and lingering creaminess in the after-taste.
